At Nari'yal Cosmetics, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, items must be in their original packaging and remain unopened to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened beauty products in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
